Vivian Sarmiento, APN, brings 30 years of nursing experience in Medical-Surgical, Stroke/Neuroscience, Chronic Kidney Dialysis, and Sub-Acute Rehabilitation. Her graduate studies were pursued to enhance her ability to manage and care for patients with both acute and chronic conditions. Vivian is dedicated to building strong relationships with patients and their families to understand their health needs and goals, aiming to help them lead healthy and fulfilling lives.
Vivian earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of the Philippines in 1994 and completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University in 2022. Vivian joined Wellness First Medical Clinic in November 2023 and she primarily works at the Rehabilitation facility. She holds two national certifications: Family Nurse Practitioner from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Stroke Certified Registered Nurse from the American Board of Neuroscience Nursing.
In her spare time, Vivian enjoys cooking, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her family and two dogs.
